Comfortable stay with a generous breakfast

The B&B Hotel Barcelona Rubi was a pleasant surprise! With 24-hour coffee access and a variety of breakfast options, I felt pampered. The staff were accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep after exploring the beautiful city.

room is big, well equipped - fridge, seif, lcd tv, beds very large and confortable, bathroom ok.all things in the room were new and modern. dinner is very good and not expansive at all. parking free and safely. Excellent personal at reception - speak english and very helpful.

internet connection is not so good, breakfast poor - not many choices, no restaurants nearby

The comfortable family rooms make it easy to kick back after a long day. Plus, the 24-hour coffee and hot beverage service is a great touch for late-night escapades or early mornings.

There are some quirks worth noting. The Wi-Fi can be inconsistent, which isn't ideal if you're trying to stay connected. Accessibility is a bit of a challenge. It's not the easiest spot to reach without a car, and the walk to public transport can be a little dicey due to busy roads. The shower water system was finicky and sometimes took longer than expected to work properly, and I've heard from a few folks that the breakfast could definitely use some more variety than what's offered. Some areas could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

Good simple hotel

Internet is very slow. And the parking garage is very small.

The Hotel is only a 15 minute drive from the Catalunya race track and is a good value for money.

The free wifi of the hotel was not very reliable and most of the times out devices did not connect.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting some local attractions like Sant Pere's Church and Parc La Serreta. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the room and having a fridge to keep some snacks handy. The breakfast offered a nice selection, and I loved being able to grab coffee at any time from the lobby. Though the access to public transport was a bit tricky due to busy roads, I still felt safe walking back at night, which made my stay quite enjoyable.

Check in/out process was very good, the staff very professional and very helpful. The room was very clean and well laid out.

Not a fault of this hotel but more just an inconvenience if not travelling by car as this location is a good ten minute walk from the closest station (Rubi) on the r7 line and a very scary 40 minute walk from the closest station (Hospital General) on the s5 line with rolling bags (don’t even try this at night) plus a good 40-45 minutes to/from most locations in downtown Barcelona due to the two or three line changes needed to make your desired location of interest.

Location from Barcelona city centre; thought it was closer. Never the less public transport was very good and reliable.

Staff are friendly and speak English. Great value for price. Just around 25 minutes drive from hotel to Barcelona center, so recommend for tourists with cars.

perfect hotel and the location near the train station was easy. the staff was willing to help and recommended nearby attractions. our room was reasonably large and cosy with a smaller sized bed and the overall experience was peaceful. a coffeemaker and a fridge were a plus.
